Macromolecular Crystallography Laboratory

The Macromolecular Crystallography Laboratory is part of the NIH sponsored Oklahoma Center of Biomedical Research Excellence (CoBRE) in Structural Biology (OCSB) located in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Oklahoma - Norman Research Campus. The lab provides the necessary resources for structure determination of macromolecules. Services range from conducting initial crystallization trials to single crystal x-ray diffraction and structure determination of macromolecular molecules (proteins and nucleic acids). We provide help and guidance from initial crystallization trials to a completed structure for internal and external research groups.
